Refund Policy
Last updated: November 2026
We stand behind the quality and compliance of the Florida Supervised Visitation Course. This page explains our refund terms in plain English.
How Your $97 Enrollment Breaks Down
Your $97 enrollment fee covers two distinct components:
- $37 Course Training Access — access to Modules 1 through 5 of the video training curriculum.
- $60 Florida Materials & Book Fee — the court-ready Policies & Procedures Manual, the Advanced Provider Strategy Module, and the Florida SV FAQ Reference. Once these materials are delivered, this fee is non-refundable, consistent with standard practice for delivered intellectual property.
The 6-Day Preview Guarantee
You have 6 days from your enrollment date to preview the course and request a full refund of your entire $97 enrollment.
During those first 6 days, you have full access to Modules 1 through 3 and the introduction to Module 4. The $60 Florida Materials & Book Fee is fully refundable during this window because the downloadable materials have not yet been delivered.
If the course is not what you expected within those 6 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your entire enrollment fee.
Why 6 Days
The Florida Supervised Visitation Course is delivered on a schedule designed to protect the value of the course materials and give you time to preview the content before the full document package is released.
Here is the release schedule:
- Days 1 through 6: Modules 1, 2, and 3 are available immediately, along with the introduction to Module 4. All streaming content — no downloadable materials yet.
- Day 7: The full downloadable Florida Materials & Book package unlocks — the court-ready Policies & Procedures Manual, the Advanced Provider Strategy Module, and the Florida SV FAQ Reference. The 6-Day Preview Guarantee closes at this point and the $60 Materials & Book Fee is earned.
- Day 7 onward: The remainder of Module 4 and all of Module 5 are released. The course and all materials are yours to keep.
This structure protects course buyers from having their materials abused by refund fraud — while still giving every buyer six full days to preview the training and decide whether to keep it.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 6-Day Preview Guarantee:
- Contact us through the contact page within 6 days of your enrollment.
- Include your enrollment confirmation email or receipt.
- Briefly let us know why the course was not the right fit. (Not required, but appreciated so we can improve.)
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
After the 6-Day Window
Once the downloadable Florida Materials & Book package unlocks on Day 7, the materials have been delivered and the $60 Materials & Book Fee is non-refundable. Downloading, accessing, or opening any component of the Florida Materials & Book package constitutes acceptance and delivery of that package, and waives eligibility for refund of the Materials & Book Fee.
This is standard for digital course products where downloadable intellectual property is delivered — the delivered materials cannot be returned once accessed.
General Refund Terms
Refunds outside the 6-Day Preview Guarantee may still be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice, contact us for an immediate refund of the duplicate charge.
- Technical inability to access the course: If you are unable to access the course due to a documented technical error on our platform's side that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Course misrepresentation: If the course materials you receive materially differ from what was advertised, contact us with details and we will make it right.
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered by our refund policy:
- Refund requests received after the 6-day preview window has closed
- Refund requests submitted after any portion of the Florida Materials & Book package has been accessed or downloaded
- Failure to complete or engage with the course materials
- Personal circumstances that prevent you from launching your business (e.g., disqualifying background history, personal decision to change careers, etc.)
- Refund requests based on projected income not being achieved (see our Income Disclaimer)
Third-Party Platform Terms
Course enrollments are processed through a third-party learning platform. The processing of your refund may also be subject to the terms of that platform. We work directly with the platform to process approved refunds on your behalf.
Chargebacks
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your credit card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us — particularly after the 6-day window has closed or after the Materials & Book package has been accessed — will be contested with full evidence of course access and material delivery, including delivery logs of the Florida Materials & Book package. We are committed to resolving legitimate refund requests quickly and fairly through direct communication.
Contact for Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted through our contact page. Include "REFUND REQUEST" in your message subject line for fastest processing.
